But their is no indication that this is the way she is behaving. She called the gays rights group a sex club. That has to indicate something.

I believe Greenpeace, or at least some other environment groups protest companies directly. How about the protests that are often part of strikes (the picket line), this is against a private person/company.

Simply nitpicking here, but mohawks have been around for a lot longer than 50 years. Think centuries.

civil rights movement, Greenpeace, anti-war protests, etc. The difference there is that those can't be considered harassment because they are pushing the government, not private citizens. I think a big part of free speech was the freedom to speak against the government and get them to change.
